After-sale

3.1 Pay return visits at regular intervals to find out the service conditions of equipments and introduce new technologies and new trends of crushers to customers.

3.2 In the defects liability period, we will provide solutions within 24 hours after customers’ call and assign technicians, if needed, to customer’s site within 48 hours to eliminate troubles till resuming production.
